摘 要:为探讨员工个体特征对班组安全绩效的影响程度和作用机制,在相关研究的基础上,对武汉某大型冶金企业职工进行问卷调查,运用SPSS19.0对调查结果进行因子分析,提炼出8个综合变量,采用中介效应分析法建立模型并进行实证研究。研究结果表明,在一阶维度层面,员工参与在组织支持感对安全绩效的影响过程中存在明显的中介效应;在二阶维度层面,中介效应的效果量具有显著的差异,分为完全中介效应、部分中介效应和无中介效应3种情况。To clarify influence degree and action mechanisms of individual characteristics on safety performance of team, a questionnaire survey was carried out into employees of a certain metallurgical enterprises in Wuhan.A factor analysis of the data was done with SPSS19.0 to extract 8 research variables. A model was built for mediating effect of individual characteristics on safety performance of team. The results show that at the first-order dimension level, employee participation has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between perceived organizational support and safety performance,that at the second order dimension level, there are significantly different sizes of mediating effect, which are divided into three conditions, namely complete mediating effect, partly mediating effect and unmediated effect.
