摘　　要：功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)发病机制尚不完全清楚,胃酸分泌异常是参与FD发病的重要环节。抑酸是治疗FD的常用手段,但胃酸与FD之间的关系尚不完全清楚,FD的抑酸治疗也存在诸多争议。The pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia （FD） is not entirely clear, abnormal gastric acid secretion is an important part of the onset of this disease. Acid suppression is a common method for the treatment of FD. However, the relationship between gastric acid and FD is not clear, so the method of acid suppression is controversial.
