工科高校个性化奖学金的教育激励作用研究

摘　　要：在国内,随着社会对人才重视程度的提高,各大高校的奖励资助体系也越来越完善。在国家和学校设立的各项奖助学金之外,学生还可以获得由学院筹资设立的个性化奖学金。个性化奖学金的设立是对国家和学校设立的各类奖助学金的重要补充,也更能满足学院的人才特色培养和学生的个性化成长需要。文章通过调研国内某几所大学的个性化奖学金设立情况,并对获得奖学金的同学进行了反馈调查,研究了个性化奖学金的设立对学生成绩以及在校表现的影响,分析了个性化奖学金的作用和问题,并针对个性化奖学金存在的问题提出了建议。Within China, reward systems of colleges and universities has been improving day by day along withimprovements of social talents emphasis. In addition to national and college scholarships, students could also win per-sonalized scholarships founded by schools. Personalized scholarships are important supplements to national and collegescholarships, at the same time fulfilling creative talents cultivation of schools and students＂ personalized development.In this article, we do research on personalized scholarships of several colleges and universities, as well as get feed-backs from awardees, research on how personalized scholarships influence student performance at school, analyze ef-fects and problems of personalized scholarships, at last offer solutions to these problems.
