摘　　要：导师素质是培养研究生的关键因素。导师要树立正确的价值观,提高创新意识,投入创新实践活动,并不断提炼总结,努力成为创新型的导师。同时还要更新教育理念,认真承担导师责任,才能培养创新型研究生。The quality of teachers is the key factor to train graduate students. Tutors should establish the correctvalue of light, improve the meaning of innovation, investment and innovation practice, and constantly refine summary,and strive to become an innovative mentor. At the same time, we must renew the educational concept, and take theresponsibility of teachers to cultivate innovative graduates.
