摘　　要：淮安作为历史文化名城,运河四大名都之一,历史上曾享有"南船北马、九省通衢"的美称。尤其在漕运史上,为国家政治、经济、军事、文化方面所做出的突出贡献,早已享誉海内外。2014年6月22日,联合国批准了大运河成为世界非物质文化遗产,又为淮安增加了一道新的光环。对其漕运文化旅游资源的开发与译介,打造淮安国际化旅游城市的品牌,就成为我们淮安人的一项紧迫任务。As a historical cultural famous city and one of four capitals of Grand Canal, Huaian City had a fa-mous name in history, which said ＂It transported goods to the south by ship and to the north by cart .It was alsothe transit of goods to and from nine provinces.＂ In particular, it had made great contributions to Chinese politics, e-conomy , military and culture in the history of Caoyun. which is still familiar to people at home and abroad. OnJune, 22d, 2014, The United Nations had approved the application for its World Non-material Cultural Heritage,which adds another new light ring to her. Thus. the development and translation of Caoyun culture and portrayingHuaian as an international traveling city is an urgent task for people in Huaian.
