摘　　要：沟通是一种综合能力。善于沟通的管理者必须具备较高的政治思想素质,较多甚至丰富的历史文化知识、专业技术知识、科学管理知识和经验等。医院医保工作者要把沟通作为一门学问来研究,在掌握沟通的技能技巧的同时,更要具有很强的医改全局意识、全民健康理念、坚持问题和目标"双导向"原则等。Communication is a comprehensive ability. Managers who are good at communication must have high political and ideological quality, rich historical and cultural knowledge, professional and technical knowledge, scientifi c management knowledge and experience. The medical insurance practitioners must study on communication skill. With the skill of communications, they must have strong sense of health care reform, concept of national health, and insist on the principle of problems and objectives ＂double direction＂.
