精神分裂症伴乙肝病毒感染患者血清免疫球蛋白及C3、C4水平改变

摘　　要：目的分析精神分裂症伴乙型肝炎病毒感染患者外周血清免疫球蛋白及C3、C4水平。方法随机选取精神分裂症伴乙型肝炎病毒感染患者63例作为感染组,63例精神分裂症不伴乙肝患者作为未感染组,49名健康人作为对照组,全部标本分析并比较血清免疫球蛋白及C3、C4水平。结果与未感染组、对照组相比,感染组男性患者Ig G水平升高,补体C3水平减低(P<0.05)。与未感染组、对照组相比,感染组女性患者C3水平减低(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症伴乙型肝炎病毒感染患者存在一定的免疫球蛋白及补体C3的水平异常。Objective To explore serum immunoglobulin,C3 and C4 levels in schizophrenic patients with hepatitis B virus infection. Methods A total of 63 schizophrenic patients with hepatitis B virus infection in infection group,63 schizophrenic patients without hepatitis B virus infection in non-infection group and 49 healthy people in control group were selected and examined with the serum immunoglobulin,C3 and C4 levels. Results The level of Ig G in males of infection group was significantly higher than those in males of non-infection group and control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the level of C3 in males of infection group was significantly lower than those in males of non-infection group and control group（ P〈0. 05）. The level of C3 in females of infection group was significantly lower than those in females of non-infection group and control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The levels of serum immunoglobulin and C3 are abnormal in the schizophrenic patients with hepatitis B virus infection.
