伴强迫症状的精神分裂症与强迫症MMPI测查对照分析

摘　　要：目的探讨观察伴强迫症状的精神分裂症患者与强迫症患者的明尼苏达多相个性调查表(MMPI)检测结果的差异。方法选取30例伴强迫症状的精神分裂症患者作为研究组和30例强迫症患者作为对照组,比较两组间的MMPI结果。结果研究组MMPI效度量表和临床量表中F、Hs、Pd、Pa、Pt、Sc、Ma高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组MMPI内容量表中HEA、DEP、ORG、FAM、PSY高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组MMPI研究量表和附加量表中Re、To、Cs、St、Es低于对照组(P<0.05);而研究组的Gm、A、IN、Pr、S18高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组MMPI临床子量表中Hy4、Pd1、Pd4a、Pd4b、Pa1、Sc1a、Sc1b、Sc2a、Sc2b、Sc2c、Sc3、Si2、Si3高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论伴强迫症状的精神分裂症与强迫症患者均存在神经症型人格特征,而伴强迫症状的精神分裂症有更多的精神病性人格特征和人格障碍。Objective To explore the differences of MMPI in schizophrenic patients with obsessive compulsive symptoms and patients with obsessive compulsive disorder. Methods A total of 30 schizophrenic patients with obsessive compulsive symptoms in study group and 30 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder in control group were selected and assessed with MMPI.Results The factor scores of F,Hs,Pd,Pa,Pt,Sc and Ma in validity scales and clinical scales of MMPI in study group were all significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The factor scores of DEP,ORG,FAM,PSY and HEA in content scales of MMPI in study group were all significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The factor scores of Re,Es,St,To and Cs in study scales and additional scales of MMPI in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05） and factor scores of Pr,IN,S18,A,Gm in study group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The factor scores of Hy4,Pd1,Pd4 a,Pd4b,Pa1,Sc1 a,Sc1b,Sc2 a,Sc2b,Sc2 c,Sc3,Si2 and Si3 in clinical subscale of MMPI in study group were all significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There are neurotic personality characteristics both in the schizophrenic patients with obsessive compulsive symptoms and the patients with obsessive compulsive disorder,while there are psychiatric personality characteristics and personality disorder in the schizophrenic patients with obsessive compulsive symptoms.
