精神分裂症患者人际关系与家庭功能的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者的人际关系与家庭功能的相关性。方法采用人际关系综合诊断量表(IRIDQ)和家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)对100例精神分裂症患者(研究组)和87名正常人(对照组)进行评估。结果研究组IRIDQ总分及交谈、交际、异性交往因子分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组APGAR总分及适应度、合作度、成长度、情感度、亲密度因子分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组中除IRIDQ中交际、交谈与APGAR中适应度及IRIDQ中待人接物与APGAR中合作度无相关性(P>0.05)外,IRIDQ总分及各因子与APGAR总分及各因子呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者存在明显的人际关系和家庭功能障碍,两者之间存在一定关系。Objective To explore the relationship between interpersonal relationships and family functions in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia in study group and 87 healthy people in control group were selected and assessed with Interpersonal Relationships Integrated Diagnosis Questionnaire（ IRIDQ） and Family Adaptation Partnership Growth Affection and Resolve Index（ APGAR）. Results The total score and factor scores of conversation,communication,heterosexual intercourse of IRIDQ in study group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total score and factor scores of adaptation,cooperation,growth,emotion,intimacy of APGAR in study group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. In study group,total score and all factor scores of IRIDQ were negatively correlated with total score and all factor scores of APGAR（ except communication and conversation of IRIDQ with adaptation of APGAR and manner of dealing with people of IRIDQ with cooperation of APGAR）. Conclusion There are serious problems for the interpersonal relationships and family functions in patients with schizophrenia,and they are correlated with each other to some extent.
