摘　　要：目的：调查帕金森病手术后患者主要照顾者的健康相关需求。方法2014年3-12月，对12名帕金森病手术后患者主要照顾者进行半结构式访谈，采用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析。结果和结论根据访谈资料提炼出4个主题：疾病相关知识、康复护理技术、经济支持、家庭支持。医护人员可为其提供针对性的知识技术指导。Objective To investigate the health-related demands in main caregivers for patients with Parkinson＇s disease after surgery. Methods From March to December, 2014, twelve main caregivers were investigated with a semi-structured interview, and analyzed with Co-laizzi＇s analysis. Results and Conclusion Four aspects of demand were found, including knowledge about the disease, rehabilitation nursing skills, economic support and family support. Medical professionals can provide the targeted knowledge and technical guidance to meet their demands.
