摘　　要：多元文化背景下五年制幼师生思想道德素质现状不容乐观。在对五年制幼师生进行思想道德素质教育中,存在着道德教育内容选择困难和教育方法单一的问题。本文从提升教育者自身文化识别能力、增强五年制幼师生的道德判断和选择能力等方面寻求对策来提高五年制幼师生的思想道德素质教育实效。The current situation of five- year preschool students＇ ideological and moral quality under the background of multiculture is far from optimism. During the process of ideological and moral quality education towards five- year preschool students, there exist such problems as difficulties in choosing what to teach for moral education as well as singleness in teaching strategies. This thesis is intended to find measures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and moral quality education towards five- year preschool students from the perspective of promoting educators＇ ability of cultural recognition, enhancing five- year preschool students＇ capability of moral judgment and choice and so on.
