摘　　要：通过分析企业在营运资金预算管理方面存在的问题,提出相关的建议,以期使企业能够对营运资金有效运用,取得最大的效益。This paper mainly through the analysis of enterprises in operating funds budget management existing problems, and puts forward relevant suggestions, in order to enable enterprises to use of capital operation and effective to obtain the biggest benefit.
