子宫内膜癌患者的HE4诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的 分析人附睾蛋白（HE4）在诊断子宫内膜癌患者中的应用价值,为临床诊断提高参考。方法 选取我院在2012年5月~2016年3月收治子宫病变患者105例为研究对象,分为子宫内膜癌组（A组）、子宫良性病变组（B组）,另外选取同期健康体检人员50例作为对照组（C组）,分别测定血清HE4、CA125表达。结果 A组、B组患者HE4、CA125指标显著高于C组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。子宫内膜癌患者病情越严重,HE4和CA125指标越高。CA125诊断子宫内膜癌敏感性为26.5%。HE4指标诊断特异性均达到100%.结论HE4可以作为子宫内膜癌标志检测物,设定为80 pmol/L诊断敏感性和特异性最佳。Objective To analyze the analysis of diagnostic value of HE4 in endometrial cancer,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods 105 patients with uterine diseases in hospital from May 2012 to March 2016 were selected, patients were divided into endometrial cancer group （A） and uterine benign lesion group （group B）, 50 healthy volunteers were selected in the same time as control group （group C）. Serum HE4, CA125 expression to be measured.Results Group A and group B patients HE4, CA125 index was signiifcantly higher than group C, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. CA125 sensitivity was 26.5%. HE4 reference diagnostic speciifcity was 100%.Conclusion HE4 as endometrial cancer marker detection was set to 80 pmol/L best diagnostic sensitivity and speciifcity.
