微波治疗牙龈出血临床观察

摘　　要：目的 对微波治疗牙龈出血临床效果进行分析与探讨。方法 2014年7月-2015年7月从我院所收治的牙龈出血患者中选取80例患者参与研究,分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者采用牙周塞治剂止血法,实验组患者采用微波治疗法,观察治疗效果,进行对比分析。结果 实验组的治疗有效率明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对于患有牙龈出血的患者来说,采取微波治疗法进行治疗可以显著提升疗效,是一种优质治疗法,值得推广。Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of microwave in the treatment of gingival bleeding. Methods 811 patients with gingival bleeding treated in hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were chosen and were separated into control group and study group; The patients in control group were given Pericare treatment, while, the patients in study group were given microwave treatment for gingival bleeding, and then the treatment effects between two groups were observed and compared. Results The patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group was much better than that in control group, there was efficacy difference between two groups and hind statistic value （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Microwave treatment is so effective for patients with gingival bleeding, it is conducive to increasing treatment efficacy, thus, such a favorable treatment is quite worthwhile to be applied promoted.
