氯吡格雷联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的分析氯吡格雷联合前列地尔作用于急性脑梗死治疗中的效果。方法选取我院收治的40例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机将40例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例;对照组单用氯吡格雷,观察组联合使用前列地尔。结果两组患者治疗有效率比较,观察组明显占优(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死患者的治疗中联合使用氯吡格雷和前列地尔具有较好的效果,方法值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the effect of Clopidogrel combined with Alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 40 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects, 40 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group 20 cases; The control group used clopidogrel, observation group combined with Alprostadil. Results The efficiently of two groups compared, observation group was significantly better （P 〈 0.05 ） ; The incidence of adverse reactions was no statistical difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, the combination of clopidogrel with Alprostadil has good effect, method is worth using for reference.
