卵巢上皮性癌中生存素基因蛋白和VEGF-C蛋白表达水平及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨卵巢上皮性癌中Survivin和VEGF-C蛋白表达的相关性及意义。方法 选择2013年1月-2015年12月在我院诊断治疗的原发性卵巢上皮性癌113例、交界性上皮性肿瘤62例以及良性上皮性肿瘤60例患者的石蜡包埋组织。比较三者病理组织Survivin和VEGF-C蛋白表达水平以及卵巢上皮性癌中Survivin和VEGF-C蛋白表达的相关性。结果 卵巢上皮性癌Survivin与VEGF-C蛋白表达阳性率均显著高于交界性上皮性肿瘤与良性上皮性肿瘤,而交界性上皮性肿瘤Survivin与VEGF-C蛋白表达阳性率显著高于良性上皮性肿瘤,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。Survivin阳性的癌组织中,92.2%（94/102）VEGF-C蛋白也表达阳性。在卵巢上皮性癌组织中Survivin与VEGF-C蛋白表达呈显著正相关的关系（r=0.420,P〈0.05）。结论 卵巢上皮性癌中生存素基因和VEGF-C蛋白呈高表达,并且两者之间有显著正相关的关系。Objective To discuss expression level and clinical significance of Survivin and VEGF-C protein in epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods The paraffin embedded tissues of 113 cases of primary epithelial ovarian cancer, 62 cases of borderline epithelial tumors and 60 cases of benign epithelial tumors in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected. Expression levels of Survivin and VEGF-C protein of three groups were compared, and relationship between Survivin with VEGF-C in epithelial ovarian cancer was analyzed. Results The positive rates of Survivin and VEGF-C protein expression in epithelial ovarian cancer were significandy higher than that in borderline epithelial tumors and benign epithelial tumors, and the positive rates of Survivin and VEGF-C protein expression in borderline epithelial tumors was higher than that in benign epithelial tumors, which showed significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ） . In Survivin positive cancer tissues, 92.2% （ 94/102 ） VEGF-C protein was also positive. The expression of Survivin was significantly positively correlated with the expression of VEGF-C protein in epithelial ovarian cancer （ r=0.420, P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion There is a high expression of VEGF-C protein and Survival .protein in epithelial ovarian cancer, and there was a significant positive correlation between them.
