髋关节置换治疗股骨近端转移性骨肿瘤14例

摘　　要：目的：探讨股骨近端转移性骨肿瘤应用人工全髋关节置换术治疗临床疗效。方法连续收集2011年5月-2014年5月我院收治的股骨近端转移性骨肿瘤患者14例作为研究对象，均给予人工全髋关节置换术治疗，统计疗效。结果本组14例患者均成功实施手术，术中失血量（835.63±75.33）ml，手术时间（133.53±13.04）min，住院时间（16.36±2.13）d；出院时患者的NHP评分较手术前均改善（P＜0.05），术后随访1年，Harris优良率为85.71%。随访6-24个月，4例死亡，存活率为71.43%。结论人工全髋关节置换术治疗股骨近端转移性骨肿瘤疗效确切，可改善患者术后关节功能，近期疗效满意。Objective Discussion on the application of metastatic bone tumors of the proximal femur in total hip arthroplasty.Methods Continuously colected from May 2011 to May 2014 in our hospital proximal femoral metastatic bone tumors in 14 patients as research subjects,were given total hip arthroplasty,for the statistical effect.ResultsThe group of 14 patients had successful surgery,intraoperative blood loss（835.63±75.33） ml, operation time（133.53±13.04） min,hospital stay（16.36 ± 2.13）d,discharge patients NHP scores than before surgery were significantly improved （P〈0.05）. After 1 years of operation,the excelent and good rate of Harris was 85.71%. folowed up for 24 to 6 months,4 cases were died and the survival rate was 71.43%.Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty for proximal femoral metastatic bone tumor can significantly improve postoperative joint function,the recent results were satisfactory.
