摘　　要：目的：探讨结肠癌梗阻手术治疗的临床效果及价值。方法以我院2015年1月-2016年1月收治的30例结肠癌肠梗阻患者作为研究对象，根据患者的病情状况选择不同的手术方式，观察手术治疗情况及效果。结果本组29例患者痊愈出院，1例患者因器官衰竭死亡，治愈率为96.67%，并发症发生率为16.67%。结论根据患者的病情和身体状况合理选择手术治疗方法，能够提高治疗有效率，减少并发症。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and value of surgical treatment of colon cancer with obstruction.Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 treated 30 cases of colon cancer patients with intestinal obstruction as the research object,according to the condition of the patient to choose different operation method,observe the operation treatment and the effect. Results In this group, 29 patients were cured,1 patients died due to organ failure,the cure rate was 96.67%,the complication rate was 16.67%.Conclusion According to the patient＆#39;s condition and physical condition,reasonable choice of surgical treatment,can improve the treatment efficiency, reduce complications.
