44例逆行性牙髓炎的治疗观察

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周牙髓联合治疗对逆行性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法对44例逆性牙髓炎进行牙周牙髓联合治疗,在治疗完成后6个月、1年、2年进行随访。结果治疗后6个月、1年、2年的总有效率分别为88.6%,75.0%,63.6%。结论牙周牙髓联合治疗是逆行性牙髓炎的有效治疗方法。Objective To explore the clinical effects of periodontal-endodontic combined treatment of retrograde pulpitis.Methods 44 cases of retrograde pulpitis were treated with periodontal-endodontic combined treatment,Al the patients were folowed up at 6 months,1 years and 2 years after treatment.Results The total effective rates of 6 months,1 years and 2 years after treatment were 88.6%,75.0% and 63.6%,respectively. Conclusion Periodontal-endodontic combined treatment is the effective method for the treatment of retrograde pulpitis.
