摘　　要：在绿色发展理念引领下,我国能源与环保的建设已经形成了一定的规模。在节约能源保护环境的大背景下,如何实现再生能源的最大利用正在成为许多国家新的能源发展方向。生物能源中,乙醇作为安全、清洁的燃料正在被广泛关注和运用。而利用玉米生产燃料酒精的方法也正在由传统的发酵方法向着新的方法改进和升级。Under the guidance of the concept of green development, the construction of energy and environmental protection in China has formed a certain scale.In the context of the international energy conservation environment, how to achieve the maximum utilization of renewable energy is becoming the direction of energy development in many countries.In bio energy, ethanol as a safe and clean fuel is being widely concerned and applied.And the method of using corn to produce fuel alcohol is also being improved and upgraded by the traditional fermentation method to the new method.
