帕金森病痴呆患者血浆Hcy及催乳素的水平变化及临床表达意义

摘　　要：目的探究帕金森病痴呆患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及催乳素(PRL)的水平变化及临床表达意义。方法选取我院收治的48例帕金森病痴呆患者作为研究组,选择同期来我院进行健康体检的48例健康体检者作为对照组。测定两组患者血浆中Hcy及PRL水平。观察统计两组患者认知程度(MMSE)评分、血浆中Hcy、PRL水平及其相关性。结果研究组MMSE评分、血浆中Hcy及PRL水平与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组PRL水平与MMSE评分为正相关(P<0.05),Hcy水平与MMSE评分为负相关(P<0.05)。结论帕金森病痴呆患者血浆中Hcy、PRL水平与其认知程度联系密切,临床治疗中可通过对血浆中Hcy、PRL水平的有效调控,改善其认知程度。Objective To investigate the changes and its clinical signiifcance of plasma Hcy （homocysteine） and PRL （prolactin） levels in patients with Parkinson＆#39;s disease.Methods 48 patients with Parkinson＆#39;s disease and dementia in our hospital were selected as the study group, and 48 healthy persons were selected as the control group. Plasma levels of Hcy and PRL in two groups of patients were measured. MMSE （cognitive degree） score, plasma Hcy, PRL levels and their correlation of two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, MMSE score, plasma Hcy and PRL level in the study group were statistically signiifcant （P〈 0.05）; The level of PRL in the study group was positively correlated with the MMSE score （P〈 0.05）, and the Hcy level was negatively correlated with the MMSE score （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The levels of Hcy and PRL in plasma of patients with Parkinson＆#39;s disease is closely related to their cognitive level. The clinical treatment can improve the cognitive level of Hcy and PRL in plasma.
