摘 要:以甘油、乙二醇、聚乙二醇为增塑剂对玉米淀粉/聚己内酯(PCL)复合材料进行增塑处理制备生物可降解复合材料,研究不同增塑剂的增塑效果及其对淀粉/PCL复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,淀粉经塑化后,淀粉分子间相互作用力减弱,晶体结构被破坏,增加了淀粉的可塑性。不同增塑剂改性的淀粉/PCL复合材料的耐水性、拉伸强度、弯曲强度和断裂伸长率有明显差异,甘油的增塑效果最佳。The paper, corn starch and poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)have been prepared with glycerol, glycol, and polyethylene glycol as plasticizers for producing composites with biodegradable properties. In order to do the research on the effect of plasticization and the influence of starch/poly(ε-caprolactone)blend composites of different plasticizers on the properties. The mechanical properties of starch could be significantly changed. After plasticizing, there was an acknowledgement that the interaction among the starch was weakened, the crystalline structure was destroyed, but they did contribute to augmenting the plasticity of starch. The result indicated that the elongation at break, as well as the tensile strength was increased gradually, along with the increasing of the resistance to water, among these plasticizers, glycerol has a rather better plasticizing effect on the starch.
