摘　　要：以往的法学教育过于强调传授理论知识,而忽视培养学生的实践能力,因此培养的学生能够掌握较为系统的相关基础知识,但是相应的实践能力和基本技能都不足,且缺少法律职业特有的积极性、主动性,难以满足司法部门的需求。目前我国各高校都在根据该校情况进行相应的法学实践教学改革,以适应教育部要求、社会需求以及司法改革要求。论文主要通过分析我国各高校法学实践教学现状、存在的问题以及开展情况,提出我国需要从教学模式和具体的实践教学课程方面建立一套合理、高效的法学实践教学体系。As previous law education would overstress imparting theoretical knowledge to the neglect of cultivating students＇ practical ability,students thus trained could master systematical and relevant basic knowledge but were insufficient in related practical ability and fundamental skills as well as short of enthusiasm and initiative unique to the legal profession,thereby failing to meet the requirement of the judicial department. At present,various universities and colleges in our country are conducting reforms in law practice teaching in line with their respective conditions so as to adapt themselves to the demand of Ministry of Education,of society and of judicial reforms. This paper proposes setting up a rational and efficient practice teaching system for law major in our country in terms of the teaching model and specific practice teaching courses by analyzing the status quo,existing problems and the implementation of practice teaching of law in various universities and colleges in our country.
