胃癌及淋巴结转移灶中E-cd和PCNA表达及意义

摘　　要：目的　研究胃腺癌及配对淋巴结转移灶中上皮性钙粘素 (E -cd)和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达及意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学法检测 2 0例正常胃黏膜、2 0例异型增生、1 0 9例胃癌及淋巴结转移灶中E -cd和PCNA表达。结果　E -cd和PCNA在异型增生、胃癌及淋巴结转移灶中阳性表达率分别为 85 % (1 7/2 0 )、40 .37% (44/1 0 9)、2 3 .85 % (2 6/1 0 9)和 2 5 % (5/2 0 )、74.31 % (81 /1 0 9)及 77.98% (85/1 0 9)三者之间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。E -cd和PCNA表达与胃腺癌Lauren分型和预后显著相关。结论　E -cd和PCNA可反映胃腺癌的生物学特性 。Objective\ To study the expression and prognostic value of E-cadherin(E-cd) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in gastric adenocarcinoma and lymph-node metastases. Methods\ Immunohistochemical method was used to detect E-cd and PCNA expressions in 20 normal gastric mucosa tissues, 20 gastric epithelial dysplasia, 109 advanced gastric adenocarcinomas and matched lymph-node metastases. Result The positive expression rates of E-cd and PCNA in three groups were85%(17/20),40.37%(44/109),23.85%(26/109)and25%(5/20),74.31%(81/109),77.98%(85/109) respectively ,with significant difference(P<0.01).The positive expressions of E-cd PCNA were closely related to Lauren type and prognosis. Conclusion\ E-cd and PCNA might be valuable markers in assessing biological behavior and prognosis in gastric adenocarcinomas.
