摘  要:以红薯淀粉、异丙醇、十二醇为主要原料,丙三醇为两相溶剂,利用转糖苷化法合成了红薯淀粉烷基多糖苷表面活性剂,考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、原料配比等对烷基多糖苷性能的影响。结果表明:当n(红薯淀粉):n(异丙醇):n(十二醇)=1:5:1,反应温度为110~120℃,反应时间为6h,催化剂用量0.9%时,所得产品的表面张力为24.74~28.12mN/m,临界胶束浓度约为0.202g/L,接触角测试结果显示其润湿性良好,红外和核磁表征结果显示所得产物为目标产物。The sweet potato starch alkyl polyglycoside surfactant is synthesided by transglycosidation process of sweet potato starch, 2-propanol, and lauryl alcohol as the main materials, glycerol as two phase's solvent. The effects of reaction temperature and time, catalyst dosage and raw materials ratio on the properties of APG were investigated. It indicates that the appropriate synthetic parameters of APG are n(sweet potato starch) :n(2-propanol) : n(lauryl alcohol)=1 : 5 : 1, reaction temperature is from 110 ℃ to 120 ℃, reaction time is 6 h, the catalyst dosage is 0. 9% (about the quality of starch). The surface tension of the product is 24.74-28.12 mN/m, the critical micelle concentration (CMC) is 0.202 g/L. It shows the better wettability by means of contact angle test outcome. FT-IR and 1H NMR characterization results show that the resulting product is the target product.
