摘  要:采巴氏硬度计,磨耗仪,光学接触角测试仪,表面张力仪及光泽度计等研究了有机硅树脂(HTS)用量对其改性的不饱和聚酯树脂(SUP-M)涂膜的性能影响。结果表明,加入质量分数1%的HTS可使SUP-M表面硬度提高23.7%并有助于提高SUP-M涂膜的耐紫外老化能力。SUP-M涂膜表面具有高光泽度,疏水性提高,但耐磨性降低。SUP-M的表面性质是由表面张力较低的硅组分在涂层表面富集引起的。The effect of silicone resin (HTS) amount on the properties of its modified unsaturated polyester resin (SUP-M) coating films were investigated by the Barcol hardness tester , abrasion tester, optical contact angle measurement,tensiometer and gloss meter. The results showed that the surface hardness of SUP-M was increased by 23.7 % by adding 1% of the HTS and the UV aging resistance of the SUP-M coating film was improved. The surface of SUP-M coating film had high gloss and improved hydrophobicity, but the abrasion resistance was decreased. The surface properties of SUP-M was caused by the enrichment in the coating surface of silicon component with lower surface tension.
