摘 要:目的探讨指转录因子Snail、上皮细胞钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)及神经钙黏素(N-cadherin)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测63例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)手术切除标本及30例癌旁组织中Snail、E-cadherin、N-cadherin蛋白的表达,并分析相互间关系及其临床意义。结果与癌旁组织比较,NSCLC组织中E-cadherin表达显著减少,N-cadherin和Snail表达明显增加(P<0.01)。NSCLC组织中,Snail的表达与N-cadherin呈明显的正相关(P<0.05,r=0.33),与E-cadherin呈显著负相关(P<0.05,r=-0.41),N-cadherinl的表达与E-cadheri也呈明显负相关(P<0.05,r=-0.56)。Snail表达阳性率与TNM分期和有无转移相关(P<0.05);E-cadherin表达阳性率与TNM分期和有无转移相关(P<0.05);N-cadherin表达阳性率与组织学分型、TNM分期和有无转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 NSCLC癌组织中Snail、E-cadherin和N-cadherin表达水平与肿瘤的浸润转移密切相关,可作为临床诊断和治疗靶点的参考指标。Objective To explore the and nerve-cadherin (N-cadherin) in the tissues expression of Snail, epithelial-cadherin (E-cadherin) of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and their re- lationships. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the levels of Snail, E-cad- herin and N-cadherin protein expression in surgically resection tissue samples from 63 patients with NSCLC and para-cancerous tissues was obtained from 30 patients, and the relationships among them and their clinical significance were analyzed. Results Compared with para-cancerous tissues, NSCLC tissues had evidently decreased E-eadherin expression and notably increased expression of N- cadherin and Snail ( P 〈 0. 0 1). In NSCLC tissues, the expression of Snail was in positive association with that of N-cadherin ( P 〈 0.05, r = 0.33 ) and in negative connection with that of E-cadherin (P 〈 0.05, r = - 0.41 ), whereas expression of N-cadherinl was negatively related with that of E- cadheri ( P 〈 0.05, r = - 0.56). The positive expression rates of Snail and E-cadherin were in close association with TNM staging and whether there was metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ), whereas that of N-cad- herin had close association with histological classification, TNM staging and whether there was metas- tasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression levels of Snail, E-cadherin and N-cadherin in NSCLC cancerous tissues are associated with tumor infiltration and metastasis, so they can be used as reference indexes for the clinical diagnosis and therapeutic targets.
