针药结合治疗血管性痴呆临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察针药结合治疗血管性痴呆 (VD)的临床疗效。方法 :10 8例VD患者随机分为三组 ,治疗组 (针药组 ) 4 8例应用针刺与药物结合的方法 ,对照 1组 (针刺组 ) 30例应用针刺法治疗 ,对照 2组 (药物组 ) 30例应用药物爱维治注射液治疗。观察各组患者的智力量表积分情况并对疗效进行评估。结果 :针药结合疗法可显著提高VD患者智力量表积分 ,改善临床症状 ,提高患者的生活质量。结论 :针药结合组疗效明显优于单纯采用针刺或应用爱维治的治疗组 。Objective:To study the efficacy of combined acupuncture with medicine in treating the vascule dementia(VD).Methods:108 cases of VD were randomly divided into three groups.Group 1 (48 cases) were treated with combined acupuncture with medicine;Group 2 (30 cases) were treated with acupuncture alone; Group 3 (30 cases ) were treated with medicine(Actovegin injection ) alone. Mini-mental state examination were observed in different groups. Results: Combined acupuncture with medicine could markedly increase mini-mental state examination .It had the effect of reducing the clinical symptoms and improving the viability of VD patients.Conclusion: Combined acupuncture with medicine had certain effect on VD and it's effect was better than that of treating with acupuncture alone or medicine(Actovegin injection ) alone.
