复方阿胶浆预防化疗所致血象下降的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察、评价复方阿胶浆预防化疗引起的患者血象下降的有效性。方法选取确诊的恶性肿瘤患者49例,随机分为试验组(24例)与对照组(25例)。2组均接受化疗,试验组在化疗基础上加用复方阿胶浆。记录2组化疗前、第7、14和21天时血象水平[红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞绝对计数(ANC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)],QLQ-C30评分、ECOG评分及不良反应,对复方阿胶浆预防化疗引起的患者血象下降的有效性进行分析。结果 2组第21天Hb水平下降幅度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组Hb改善总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其余指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),化疗后第21天2组ECOG评分和QLQ-C30评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方阿胶浆可有效改善化疗患者贫血现象,尚不能佐证其有升高白细胞和血小板作用,在提高患者生活质量方面作用亦不明显。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound E-Jiao for preventing decreased hemogram of pa- tients with chemotherapy. Methods 49 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into experimental group （24 ca- ses） and control group（ 25 cases）. The 2 groups were treated with chemotherapy, experimental group were treated with com- pound E-Jiao treatment on the basis of chemotherapy. Before chemotherapy,seventh,fourteenth,twenty-first days of blood level （ RBC, WBC, ANC, Hb, PLT） , QLQ-C30 score, ECOG score and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were recorded and analyzed. Results On the 21 st day, the Hb levels of the 2 groups were compared and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in the improvement of Hb. There was no significant difference in other indexes （P 〉 0. 05 ）. On the 21 st day, there was no signifi- cant difference between the 2 groups of ECOG score and QLQ-C30 score （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Compound E-Jiao could effectively improve the phenomenon of anemia in patients with chemotherapy. There is no evidence that it has elevated white blood cells and platelets. The effect of improving the quality of life of patients is not obvious.
