摘 要:汽车轻量化是降低能耗、减少排放的最有效措施之一,有利于改善汽车的动力性、舒适性和操纵稳定性,能有效减轻汽车自重,是实现汽车节能减排最直接而有效的手段,是汽车产业发展的主要方向之一,对汽车工业的可持续发展具有重要意义。文章对军用越野汽车液压翻转备轮架进行轻量化设计,将空心型钢结构的型材更改为槽钢结构的型材,对零部件截面尺寸、壁厚等参数更改,在保证液压翻转备轮架强度和安全性能前提下,有效减轻液压翻转备轮架自重,并进行ANSYS分析、台架试验和试验验证。Lightweight of automobile is to reduce energy consumption, to reduce emissions of the most effective measures, to improve the car's power, comfort and handling stability, can effectively reduce vehicle weight, is to achieve energy saving and emission reduction of automobile directly and effective means is one of the main directions of the development of the automobile industry, for the sustainable development of automobile industry has important significance. This paper on military off-road vehicle hydraulic turnover by wheel frame lightweight design, the hollow steel structure profiles change for steel structure of the profiles of component section size, wall thickness and other parameters change, under assurance hydraulic turnover by wheel frame strength and safety performance of the premise, effectively reduce the turnover hydraulic spare wheel carrier weight, and ANSYS analysis, bench test and test verification.
