摘　　要：创新的概念和内涵随着科学技术和经济社会发展经历了一个逐步嬗变的过程。就其形态而言,无论是何种形式的创新,其基本形态均可归结为发现、发明或革新。从系统论的角度来看,任何一个完整的创新活动与过程均涉及创新主体、创新对象、创新过程和创新环境四个基本要素。With science and technology and economic and social development, concept and connotation of innovation has experienced a process of gradual evolution. In terms of its shape,whatever the form of innovation,the basic shape can be summed up in discoveiy,invention or innovation. From the point of view of system theory,a complete innovation activity and the process involve four basic key elements：the subject of innovation, object, innovation process and innovation environment.
