摘 要:采用微波萃取技术提取败酱草中总黄酮类化合物,分析提取时间、料液比、提取温度、乙醇体积分数等因素对提取败酱草中总黄酮含量的影响,以L_9(3~4)正交试验方法优化总黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明,当乙醇体积分数80%、提取时间120 min、温度80℃、料液比1:35(g·m L^(-1))时提取效果最好,提取率可达4.25%。It was to extract the total flavonoids compounds from Herba Partiniae by microwave extraction technology. It analyzed the extraction time, solid-liquid ratio, temperature, ethanol volume fraction and other factors on the content of total flavonoids in Herba patriniae, and used L9(34) orthogonal test method to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids. The results showed that the best extraction of total flavonoids was obtained by extracting for 120 mins at 80 ℃ with 80% ethanol and the ratio 1:35 (g·mL^-1) of liquid to materials. The extraction ratio is 4.25%.
