关于体育类院校拓展训练课程体系构建的思考

摘　　要：拓展训练课在提升体育类院校教学质量方面扮演重要角色。通过对体育类院校开设拓展训练课的价值、可行性及存在问题的分析,指出体育类院校开设拓展训练课存在拓展训练课组织管理效率较低、拓展训练课内容及程序科学性不高、拓展训练课基础保障不力等问题,严重影响体育类院校拓展训练课成效,因而提出完善拓展训练课组织管理体系、优化拓展训练课内容及程序、夯实拓展训练课基础保障的策略。Expanding training courses play an important role in improving the teaching quality of sports colleges. Based on the offering of sports colleges training courses to expand the value,feasibility and problems,this paper points out the low efficiency of organization and management,low scientific procedures. It proposes to expand the training course to improve the organization and management system,optimize expand training course content and procedures,expand training courses,and reinforce the basic guarantee of the policy.
