摘　　要：目的:探讨Snail在胃癌中的表达及其表达与胃癌患者预后的关系。方法:对60例胃癌患者手术切除组织,采用免疫组化方法分别检测Snail在胃癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达,并分析其表达与临床病理资料和患者预后的相关性。结果:Snail在癌旁组织中有19例强表达,强表达率为31.7%;在癌组织中,有47例强表达,表达率为78.3%,明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。Snail在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌的分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、远处转移等指标之间未见明显相关性(P>0.05)。并且Snail在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌预后相关(P<0.05)。结论:Snail在胃癌组织中高表达,其表达与胃癌的分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结的转移及预后相关,Snail在胃癌中的表达情况可以作为判断胃癌预后的参考指标。Objective：This study assessed the expression of Snail in gastric cancercorrelated with clinicopathological features,and demonstratedcorrelations between the expression and prognosis.Methods：Immunohistochemistry was used to estimate the expressions of Snailin 60 surgical specimens of gastric cancer.Clinicopathological featuresand immunohistochemical resultsof each section were scored by two experienced pathologists respectively.Results：Snail usually expressed in nucleus.In gastric cancer,the positive rate of Snail was 78.3%,which was significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma tissue（31.7%）.The expression of Snailis related todegree of tumor differentiation and invasion,lymph metastasisandclinical stage（P〈0.05）,whereas there was no correlation with age,sex,size,location,and distant metastasis（P〉0.05）.Moreover,a negative correlation was found between expression of Snail and clinical outcomes in gastric cancer（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：As a high expression of Snail in gastriccancer predicted a poor clinical outcome,Snail plays an important role in gastric cancer development.Snail can be used as a prognostic biomarker to predict outcomes of gastric cancer.
