摘　　要：文章认为复杂性是企业战略协同的本质属性,阐述了企业战略协同复杂性的特点,从有效处理复杂性的视角提出了企业战略协同管理的序参量方法,介绍了应用序参量方法与多种根本性协同机制的企业战略协同管理过程。This paper holds that complexity is the essential nature of enterprises＇ strategic synergy and expounds the characters of the enterprises＇ strategic synergy complexity. From the perspective of effective settlement of complexity, this paper puts forward the order parameter method of enterprises’ strategic synergy management,and introduces the process of enterprises’ strategic synergy management with the application of order parameter method and multiple fundamental synergy mechanism.
