根治性全胃切除空肠间置代胃术对胃癌的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对根治性全胃切除空肠间置代胃术对胃癌的临床疗效进行分析探讨。方法随机抽取该院2010年2月—2013年2月急诊科室收治的行根治性全胃切除空肠间置代胃术患者共150例,并对其进行为期3年的术后随访,并且记录术后患者的一般情况,有无并发症,营养状况和内镜检检查的结果。结果患者在完成手术后,进行1-3年的随访,其中150例患者中,102例患者存活,存活率达到68.3%,术后出现进食胸痛的有12例,胸骨后有轻度的灼烧感6例,食物反流的患者有3例,存活患者的体重较术前增加,胃镜检查的结果正常。术前与术后3年随访结果比较,患者白蛋白与总蛋白水平上升明显,血红蛋白水平升高,各项指标均恢复至正常范围内,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论根治性全胃切除空肠间置代胃术采用模式正常人体饮食消化系统对患者进行通消化模拟重新构造,可有效提升患者存活机率,完全切除病灶,提升其术后生活质量,并且安全可靠,患者预后好。Objective For radical total gastric resection between jejunum generation of gastric surgery for gastric cancer clinical efficacy to observe and summarize.Methods Random select in February 2010—Febrary 2013 jejunum radical full stomach resection between the generation of a total of 150 patients with stomach surgery,and three years of follow-up,and records of postoperative patients with general condition,presence of complications,and nutritional status in microscopy examination results.Results After he underwent surgery in patients with 1-3 years of follow-up,150 patients,102 patients survived,the survival rate of 68.3%,after eating there were 12 cases of chest pain,chest after mild burning in 6 cases,3patients with food reflux,survival in patients with a preoperative weight gain,gastroscopy normal.The results of preoperative and postoperative follow-up of 3 years the results comparison,albumin and total protein levels in patients with increased significantly,hemoglobin levels have risen,the indicators are back to normal range,statistically significant difference,P〈0.05.Conclusion The radical generation stomach insertion.we between total gastric resection jejunum by imitating the normal physiological environment of the digestive tract to reconstruct,and food storage digestion is good,the full removal of gastric cancer lesions,safe and reliable,patient prognosis is good.
