摘　　要：目的研究精神分裂症患者治疗依存性影响因素。方法依据治疗依从性评估量表测定结果将方便选取的该院2011年3月—2014年3月住院治疗与在门诊就诊的1 300例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(进行指导改善家庭关系、社区医师随访干预、定期健康教育、康复训练)1 000例和对照组(未开展上述工作)300例,对其影响因素进行分析。结果 Logistic回归分析结果提示,指导改善家庭关系、社区医师随访干预、定期健康教育、康复训练为精神分裂症患者治疗依存性独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论强化家庭关系、加强社区医师随访干预、定期健康教育、指导患者参加康复训练及参加家务劳动可显著提高精神分裂症患者治疗依存性。Objective To study the influence factors of the treatment of schizophrenia patients. Methods Convenient selection according to the treatment compliance assessment table measurements would be the hospital in March 2011 to March2014 hospitalization or split patients random divided into study group（guidance to improve family relationships, community physician follow-up intervention, regular health education, rehabilitation training in the clinic of 1 300 spirit） 1 000 cases and control group（not to carry out the work） of 300 cases, the influencing factors were analyzed. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that, guidance to improve family relationships, community physician follow-up intervention, regular health education, rehabilitation training for mental split patients treatment dependence（P〈0.05） independent influence factors.Conclusion Strengthening the family relationship, strengthening the follow-up intervention of community physicians, regular health education, guiding the patients to participate in the rehabilitation training and to participate in housework can significantly improve the treatment of schizophrenia.
