摘  要:目的探讨SWI在诊断脑微出血(CMB)中的应用价值。方法方便选取2013年12月—2015年12月在吉林市中心医院确诊的急性脑梗死患者120例,给予患者颅脑MRI检查,该院常规序列有T1WI、T2WI、T2-FLAIR、DWI4个序列,每位患者加扫磁敏感加权成像(SWI)序列。对患者微出血灶检出、统计。结果 56例患者有CMB,T1WI、T2WI、T2-FLAIR、DWI、SWI分别检测CMB病灶15个、27个、39个、82个、163个,检出率分别是9.2%、16.6%、23.9%、50.3%、100%;SWI序列与常规序列CMB检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过研究表明磁敏感加权成像(SWI)是迄今为止CMB最好的影像检查手段,能够提供给临床最准确的诊断信息,指导临床的溶栓治疗,具有丰富的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of SWI indiagnosing cerebral micro-bleed(CMB). Methods Convenient selection from December 2013 to December 2015, 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction diagnosed in Jilin Central Hospital were selected, Head magnetic resonance examination in 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction, Our hospital conventional sequences are T1 WI, T2 WI, T2-FLAIR, DWI four sequences, Magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) sequence for each patient, Detection of micro hemorrhage in patients, statistics. Results 56 patients had CMB,T1 WI, T2 WI, T2-FLAIR, DWI, SWI were detected for CMB lesions in 15, 27, 39, 82, 163, respectively, The detection rates were 9.2%, 16.6%, 23.9%, 50.3%, 100%, respectively; There was a significant difference in the detection rate of SWI between CMB and conventional sequences(P〈0.05). Conclusion Magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) is considered to be the best method to examine CMB by far,Be able to provide the most accurate diagnostic information, Guiding clinical thrombolytic therapy, Has rich clinical application value.
