超高度近视白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入手术临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对超声乳化人工晶状体植入手术治疗超高度近视白内障的临床疗效进行观察研究。方法方便选择该院2014年5月—2015年5月接收诊治的60例超高度近视白内障患者,随机划分成研究组和对照组,每组患者30例,对照组接受常规治疗,研究组接受超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗,就两个组别视力改善、不良反应发生情况进行观察对比。结果研究组视力改善情况〈0.05（6.7%）、0.05~0.2（6.7%）、0.3~0.5（23.3%）、〉0.5（60.0%）相较于对照组16.7%、20.0%、40.0%、23.3%显著更优（P〈0.05）;研究组不良反应发生率3.3%显著低于对照组16.7%（P〈0.05）,差异均有统计学意义。结论该次研究手术方式治疗高度近视白内障患者效果满意,可显著改善患者视力情况,降低并发症发生,具备临床推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of super high myopia and cataract. Methods Convenient choose 60 cases of cataract with high myopia patients receiving treatment in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015, were randomly divided into study group and control group, with30 patients in each group, control group received routine treatment, study group received phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for the treatment, two groups of visual acuity improved, adverse reactions occurrence were observed and compared. Results The study group, visual acuity improvement〈 0.05（6.7%）, 0.05~0.2（6.7%）, 0.3~0.5（23.3%）, 〉0.5（60.0%） compared to the control group was 16.7%, 20.0%, 40.0% and 23.3% significantly better（P〈0.05）; study group the incidence of adverse reaction was 3.3%, significantly lower than that of control group was 16.7%（P〈0.05）the difference was statsitically significant. Conclusion This study is satisfactory in the treatment of high myopia cataract patients with high myopia, can significantly improve the patient＇s visual acuity, reduce the incidence of complications, and has clinical value.
