摘　　要：目的:观察ERA微型种植体用于下颌覆盖义齿修复时,种植体的5年存留率及修复并发症。方法:对ERA微型种植体辅助固位式覆盖义齿修复治疗的20名患者病例资料进行回顾性分析,调查种植体的存留率以及修复并发症,并对其相关影响因素进行分析。结果:在平均(4.3±0.6)年的观察期间,71枚ERA微型种植体中有4枚失败(1枚患种植体周围炎,并后期因松动而拔除;另3枚因未完成骨结合而拔除),存留率94.4%;覆盖义齿修复并发症:种植体上部粘固基台脱落19例,更换附着体阳性部件14例,覆盖义齿重衬10例,义齿压痛缓冲11例,义齿咬合调整7例,义齿折裂3例。结论:微型种植体的5年存留率与常规种植体无差异,但微型种植体辅助固位式覆盖义齿使用1年后的修复并发症较多,需要定期维护。AIM： To observe the implant survival rate and prosthetic complication of mandilbular overdenture retained by ERA mini dental implants. METHODS： This retrospective clinical study was conducted on a group of mandibular edentulous patients （ n = 20 ） treated with overdenture retained by ERA mini dental implants via clinical examinations and clinical data. Implant survival rate, prosthetic complications and maintenance were recorded. The related risk factors were also analyzed. RESULTS： During the observation time of 4.3 ± 0.6 years, 4 of the 71 ERA mini - implants were removed, the survival rates was 94.4%. One implant was removed because of periimplantitis, the other three failed due to lack of osseointegration. The most common prosthetic complications were detachment of abut- ments which had been bonded to implants （ n = 19）, followed by wear/damage of patrix （ n = 14 ） , relines of overden- tures （ n = 10 ）, pain （ n = 11 ）, ocelusal adjustments （ n = 7 ） and fracture of mandibular overdenture （ n = 3 ）. CONCLU- SION ： In this clinical study, the survival rate of ERA mini dental implants is similar to that of the standard implants. Requiresregular prosthetic maintenance is required for the control of prosthetic complication.
