摘 要:目的探究大蒜素对蟾蜍离体心脏的作用机制。方法采用斯氏离体蛙心灌流方法,通过BL420E描记心脏收缩力及心率变化,观察大蒜素溶液对离体心脏的心肌收缩力和心率的影响,并研究大蒜素对肾上腺素、氯化钙心肌收缩量效关系曲线的影响。结果 ①大蒜素溶液使蟾蜍离体心脏的心肌收缩力减弱,心率减慢。在1.652×10^-6-1.652×10^-2mol/L浓度范围内,大蒜素溶液抑制心肌收缩力的作用与剂量之间呈现明显的量效关系,最大效应可使心肌收缩力降低68%。②大蒜素溶液可使肾上腺素及氯化钙对心脏的兴奋作用降低。结论大蒜素溶液可抑制蟾蜍离体心脏的收缩力和心率,其作用可能与其抑制β受体,抑制细胞外钙内流有关。Objective To explore the allicin Isolated Heart of Toad mechanism. MethodsSri Lanka's isolated frog heart perfusion method, BL420 F tracings cardiac contractility and heart rate, and heart rate was observed on the allicin solution isolated heart myocardial contractility, and of allicin on adrenaline, calcium chloride myocardial contractility dose-response relationship curve. Results ①allicin solution enables Toad myocardial contractility weakened heart, slow the heart rate. Within 1.652×10^-6-1.652×10^-2 mol / L concentration range, allicin solution on the inhibition of myocardial contractility showed significant dose-response relationship between dose and effect, the maximum effect can reduce 68% of myocardial contractility. ②allicin solution allows stimulant epinephrine and calcium chloride on the heart is reduced. Conclusion: Allicin solution inhibits toad cardiac contractility and heart rate, and its effect may be related to inhibition of β receptor, inhibition of extracellular calcium influx.
