农民工户籍歧视与其反生产行为关系研究——基于东北三省的调研

摘　　要：反生产行为在农民工群体的务工过程中时有发生,本文基于深度访谈及743份调查问卷数据,利用线性回归分析方法,检验了农民工户籍歧视与农民工反生产行为之间的直接和间接影响关系。研究结果显示,农民工的户籍歧视不仅会直接导致反生产行为的产生,还会通过消极情绪间接产生影响;个体的归因风格在消极情绪引发反生产行为的过程中具有调节作用,即归因风格越趋向于外部归因,其消极情绪对反生产行为的影响越强;归因风格越趋向于内部归因,消极情绪对反生产行为的影响越弱。Numerous studies have demonstrated that discrimination is positively related to counter-productive work behaviors（CWB）.This paper made 743 questionnaires,and revealed the mechanism of action of discriminations towards household registration and CWB through negative emotions by using linear regression analysis method.The research found that migrant workers＇attribution style has a regulatory function between negative emotions and CWB,that is the closer attributional style tend to external attribution,the impact of negative sentiment to counter-productive work behavior is stronger.
