摘 要:表皮生长因子(Epidermal growth factor,EGF)是促生长因子家族成员之一,具有提高断奶仔猪生长性能,促进肠道发育,提高胃肠道消化酶活性,提高免疫力,降低腹泻率的功效。但是,EGF高昂的价格限制了其在饲料工业中的应用。然而,随着生物技术的发展,利用基因重组技术外源表达EGF,大幅增加了EGF的产量,降低了EGF的成本,使EGF在仔猪饲料中的应用成为可能。文章主要介绍了利用基因工程菌外源表达EGF及表达产物在猪生产中的应用情况,为EGF在仔猪饲粮中的应用提供参考。Epidermal growth factor(EGF) is one of the members of growth factor family,which has trophic effects in the growth performance and the gastrointestinal tract including enhanced proliferation and differentiation.Also,it can improve the activity of gastrointestinal digestive enzymes,enhance immune function and reduce the rate of diarrhea.But,the application of EGF in feed industry was limited due to the high prices of EGF.However,with the development of biotechnology,the production of EGF was increased,and the price of EGF was reduced greatly when the EGF was expressed in recombination strains,which made it a possible used in piglets.This review mainly introduced the situation of EGF expressed in recombinant strains and its application in piglets,and provided a better understanding of the utilization of EGF on piglets feed.
