摘  要:硒是人和动物所必需的微量元素,中国营养学会推荐的硒摄入量为50~250μg/d。美国营养学会把硒列为与维生素、胡萝卜素同等重要的生命营养素。安康是世界上最大的富硒区,陕西阳晨牧业股份有限公司在硒的研发利用方面已获得两项国家发明专利,两项专利技术着重研究富硒饲料的制备和硒在猪体内代谢和在肌肉组织中的沉积规律。关于富硒饲料对肥育猪生长和胴体肉质影响的研究属专利技术的深入研发。试验选择体重95~100 kg肥育后期的长大二元猪40头,经称重、编号后,按性别、体重分为2组,每组20头,用对照料饲喂,经7~10 d预试期,称重,选择体重接近均值的猪,每组15头进入正试期,试验期23 d。结果显示,富硒饲料喂猪日增重比低硒饲料多111 g,23 d多增重2.56 kg,屠宰率显著提高,肉色光泽鲜艳,24 h p H稳定,肌肉组织中硒含量0.214 8 mg/kg,符合国家标准。Selenium is the necessary trace elements,and the animals selenium intake recommended by Chinese nutrition society is 50 ~250 μg/d.American society for nutrition listed the selenium and vitamin nutrients,carotene is as important as life.Ankang is the world's largest selenium-rich area,shanxi yangchen animal husbandry Co.,Ltd.,in the use of selenium research has obtained two national invention patents,two patents technology this paper studies the rich selenium preparation and selenium in pig feed in vivo metabolism and the rule of the deposition in the muscle tissue.About se-enriched effect on growth and carcass meat fattening pig feed research of patent technology research.Test weight 95~100 kg fattening dual pigs grew up in the late 40,after weighing,serial number,according to gender,weight,divided into 2 groups,each group 20 head,with the care of feeding,after 7~10 d pilot test period,weighing,choose close to the average weight of the pigs and 15 head into trying period,each group of 23 d of the trial period.Daily gain,according to the results of se-enriched feed pigs selenium feed more than 111 g,23 d more weight 2.56 kg,slaughter rate increased significantly,the color bright luster,24 h p H stability,selenium content in muscle tissue 0.214 8 mg/kg,in line with national standards.
