摘　　要：陕西省安康市地处秦巴山区,以大巴山东段为中心的各县区由于独特的地质地理环境构成世界上面积最大、富硒地层最厚、土壤硒元素极易被植物吸收、最宜开发利用的富硒区,阳晨牧业股份有限公司是以猪产业为主体的民营企业。在开发"富硒猪肉"生产的过程中对硒在猪体内沉积代谢的规律进行了探讨。1)在饲料中有机硒含量恒定的情况下,猪血中硒含量达到一定浓度即维持稳定。猪毛中硒含量的沉积是一个持续过程。2)配合饲料中添加0.35 mg/kg的酵母硒饲喂肥育后期的肥育猪30 d,眼肌中硒含量为0.206 7 mg/kg,是富硒猪肉的理想标准。3)除肾脏硒含量超标准1倍外,其他各器官硒含量均在《富有机硒食品硒含量要求》(DBS 42/002—2014)标准范围。Shanxi Ankang municipality is located in the qinba mountains,with the center of dabashan mountain eastern counties because of the unique geological and geographical environment constitute the largest in the world,the rich selenium formation,the thickest soil selenium is easily absorbed by plants,the most appropriate development and utilization of the rich selenium area,Yangchen animal husbandry Co.,Ltd.is a pig industry as the main body of private enterprises.In the development of ＂se-enriched pork＂ in the process of production of selenium in pigs of sedimentary metabolic regularity are discussed in this paper.1） In the case of constant organic selenium content in the feed,pig blood reaches a certain concentration of selenium content in the stable.Pig hair selenium content in the deposit is a continuous process.2） Add 0.35 mg/kg of compound feed yeast selenium feeding fattening pig in the late 30 days,selenium content in muscle was 0.206 7 mg/kg,is the ideal standard of selenium-rich pork.3） Besides kidneys grade 1 times the selenium content in selenium content of all other organs in the rich organic selenium content of selenium in food requirements（DBS 42/002—2014）standard range.
