摘  要:目的:通过对脾阳虚大鼠回肠组织中线粒体呼吸链复合体Ⅰ、Ⅳ和Na^+-K^+-ATP酶、Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP酶的检测,探讨脾阳虚证状态下大鼠能量代谢障碍的机制。方法:采用经典复合因素塑造脾阳虚大鼠模型,随机分为正常对照组、脾阳虚模型组、中药反证组,行比色法检测各组大鼠模型回肠组织中线粒体呼吸链复合体Ⅰ、Ⅳ和Na^+-K^+-ATP酶、Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP酶的活性。结果:脾阳虚状态下,大鼠回肠组织中线粒体呼吸链复合体Ⅰ、Ⅳ和Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP酶活性均显著减少(P<0.05),经附子理中汤中药治疗后,其活性均有所回升,但仍低于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:脾阳虚证状态下,能量代谢相关酶的活性下降,能量代谢异常,提示可能与脾阳虚证的病理机制有关。Objective : To investigate the mechanism of the spleen Yang deficiency rats under the disturbance of energy metabolism by detection of spleen Yang deficiency rats ileum of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes I, IV and Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+Mg2+ -ATPase. Methods: By the classical composite factors shape the spleen Yang deficiency rat model, were divided as normal control group, spleen deficiency model group, TCM proof group, compared with colorimetry detected in rat model of ileum in mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes I, IV and Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity. The spleen Yang deficiency syndrome, rat ileum in mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes I, IV and Na+-K+- ATP enzyme, Ca2+ -Mg2+ -ATPase activity decreased significantly ( P〈0.05 ), the Fuzi Lizhong Decoction m the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and its activity has rebounded, but still below the normal group ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion : Under the condition of spleen yang deficiency, the activity of energy metabolism related enzymes is decreased, and energy metabolism is abnormal, which may be related to thepathological mechanism of spleen Yang deficiency syndrome.
