略论因“郁”致乳腺癌

摘　　要：乳腺癌中医称其为"乳岩",是女性常见恶性肿瘤之一,其发病呈上升趋势、年轻化。根据现代生活方式、社会压力等调查表明抑郁情绪在乳腺癌发生、发展、转归中起着一定作用,抑郁症中医称为"郁证",因肝气郁滞、气机失调所致情绪异常。最早在《景岳全书》中提出因郁致病,如"治若情志之郁,则总由乎心,此因郁而病也"。该文认为乳腺癌、郁证发病都与情志有关,初步探讨"郁"如何致乳腺癌,病因病机、症状及相应治疗原则。Breast cancer is called ＂rock＂ in traditional Chinese medicine, which is one of the common female malignant tumor. It is on the rise and younger. According to the modern way of life, social pressure and other studies suggest that depression plays a certain role in breast cancer of occurrence, development and outcome. Depression is regarded as ＂Yu＂, which is due to liver depression . As early as in ＂Jingyue Quanshu＂ puts forward ＂it is always on the rule if the deDression of heart, the disease is due to depression＂ . This paper argues that breast cancer and depressive syndrome are related to mood, and discuss ＂Yu＂ how to cause breast cancer, etiology and pathogenesis, symptom, the corresponding treatment principle.
