腹腔镜下钛夹法治疗阑尾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下钛夹法治疗阑尾炎的疗效。方法选取我院收治的阑尾炎患者64例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组给予传统开腹手术治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜下钛夹法治疗,观察两组手术效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、切口大小及并发症发生率均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下钛夹法治疗阑尾炎的疗效确切,能够加快患者的康复进程,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic titanium clamp in the treatment of appendicitis . Methods 64 cases of appendicitis in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,the control group was treated with traditional open surgery ,and the observation group was treated with lap‐aroscopic titanium clip method .The operation and complication were observed . Results The operation time , blood loss ,length of stay ,incision size and complication rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group ,and there were differences between the groups（P〈 0.05） . Conclusion Laparoscopic titanium clamp method in the treatment of appendicitis can accelerate the recovery process and ensure the quality of life of patients .
