摘　　要：以分布于内蒙古阿拉善白刺属的小果白刺果、白刺果、大白刺果3种植物种作为供试材料,分别测定了其果实的营养成分并进行了比较分析,从白刺果实饮品开发方面,对3种白刺属植物种进行了综合分析,为今后对其果实资源的开发利用提供依据。Taking Nitraria sibirica, N. tangutorum and N. roborowskii in Alashan as tested materials, the nutrition- al components of the fruits have been measured and analyzed. The three plants of Nitraria L. have been compre- hensively analyzed on the aspect of developing the fruit drinks, which can provide the basis for utilizing and develo- ping the fruit resources in future.
