3B自锁托槽对上颌牙弓的扩弓效果

摘　　要：目的:观察3B自锁托槽对上颌牙弓的扩弓效果。方法:安氏Ⅰ类错颌牙列拥挤患者40例,随机分为3B自锁托槽组和Damon自锁托槽组,分别采用相应的非拔牙矫治方案治疗,测量矫治前和牙列排齐整平后牙弓宽度共7项指标,比较两种方法的矫治效果。结果:两种矫治技术治疗后错颌患者上颌尖牙间宽度,前磨牙间宽度较排齐前明显增大(P<0.05),Damon自锁托槽组与3B自锁托槽组排齐整平后牙弓宽度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3B自锁托槽治疗错牙合能使牙弓宽度增加,主要表现在尖牙和前磨牙区,效果与Damon自锁托槽相当。Objective： To observe and compare arch expansion effect of maxillary dental arch be- tween using 3 B self-ligating brackets system and using Damon self-ligating brackets system. Methods： Forty orthodontic patients were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into group 3B and group Da- mon, who were treated by corresponding procedure. 7 indicators of arch width were measured before correction and after alignment and leveling dentition process, and the treatment effect between the two methods were compared. Results ： After two kinds of orthodontic treatment, the width of maxillary canine and width between anterior teeth in patients with malocclusion significantly increased （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference in dental arch width between group 3B and group Damon after alignment and leveling dentition process （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： For the dental orthodontic patients, both 3B self-ligating brackets and Damon Self-ligating brackets system can wide the upper dental arch significantly in alignment and leveling stage, mainly in the canine and premolar area.
